Free exchange of model and size
If you don't like the size, style, or color of the model, you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Products made according to individual measurements are not subject to exchange.
Product appearance
Exchange is possible only if the item has not been used, has preserved its appearance, there are no contaminations and defects caused by its use or improper storage by the buyer; no traces of cosmetics, no perfume smell; and all accompanying elements (seals, labels). It is mandatory to have a check. Otherwise, the item cannot be returned/exchanged.
Exchange in our stores or send by post
Exchange is possible only in the store where the purchase was made. Exchanges of items sent by "Nova Poshta" are also accepted through this service. All costs related to the exchange of good quality goods are borne by the buyer

A receipt is a must. Otherwise, the item is not subject to return.. when returning, you must have a document confirming your identity and a receipt with you. A return statement is written on the spot
